Job Description:
- Candidate will be responsible for assisting international clients of the company.
- To sell and up sell our services and increase clientele.
- To ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely services and support.
- Achieving regular monthly, quarterly and annually targets.
- Working as a team to ensure productivity and increased efficiency.
- Any other task as assigned by management .
Requirements:
- Qualification : Bachelors Minimum
- Experience : 2 plus years.( Call centre Sales)
- Excellent Urdu and English communication skills
- Ability to improve and handle clients on a personal level
- Knowledge of MS office applications.
