Enza Home, a distinguished international furniture and lifestyle brand celebrated for its modern design and exceptional craftsmanship, is looking to hire a Business Development Officer for its Islamabad showroom. This role is pivotal in expanding the brand’s market presence by forging strategic partnerships, increasing showroom footfall, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, market awareness, and a genuine passion for the furniture and lifestyle sector. They will contribute significantly to sales development while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Sales Development: Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and unexplored market segments. Develop and execute strategies aimed at increasing showroom sales and expanding the customer base. Engage actively with corporate clients, designers, architects, and developers to promote Enza Home’s product offerings. Support the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets through focused efforts.

Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key customers and business partners. Conduct timely follow-ups on inquiries, quotations, and ongoing leads to maintain engagement. Deliver exceptional customer service to uphold the premium Enza Home brand experience.

Marketing & Outreach Activities: Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns, promotions, and showroom events. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and strengthen market positioning. Conduct competitor analysis and provide insights on emerging industry trends to inform strategic decisions.

Showroom Support: Partner with the sales team to boost customer engagement. Offer detailed product information, design advice, and sales assistance as required. Maintain comprehensive and current product knowledge to support effective sales discussions.

Reporting & Coordination: Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports to track progress. Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and sales activities. Coordinate with management to ensure business development strategies align with overall company objectives.

Required Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline is required.

Experience: Between 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management is essential. Experience in the furniture or interior design industry is preferred but not mandatory.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in sales techniques and CRM tools is necessary. Strong command of MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is expected. Ability to prepare proposals, presentations, and market reports is important.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills are critical. The candidate should demonstrate strong presentation and relationship-building abilities. A confident, proactive, and target-driven mindset is essential. The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team is required. A professional appearance and a customer-centric approach are mandatory.
