EPOSMATIC (Pvt) Ltd is a leading SaaS company delivering innovative digital solutions to streamline restaurant operations across Pakistan and the UAE. We are currently looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Representative based in Lahore to support our market growth within Pakistan. This full-time, field-based position involves generating leads, visiting restaurants, promoting our software products, and closing sales to expand our client base. The ideal candidate will be energetic, results-driven, and comfortable engaging directly with restaurant owners and managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular field visits to restaurants, cafes, and food outlets to introduce and promote EPOSMATIC’s software solutions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with restaurant owners and managers to establish trust and encourage long-term partnerships.
- Assess client needs and present customized solutions that align with their operational requirements using our software system.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while preparing detailed reports on sales performance and market activities.
- Implement local marketing initiatives, including online and offline campaigns, product demonstrations, and timely follow-ups.
- Collect market intelligence by monitoring competitor activities and gathering customer feedback to help shape sales strategies.
- Work closely with onboarding and support teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to software implementation, enhancing client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in technology, software, or hospitality sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Professional and confident demeanor during field visits and client interactions.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
- Basic understanding of software products or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
- Must have own conveyance as this is a field-based role requiring travel within Lahore.
