The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive revenue growth and increase brand visibility. Primary clients include hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and various healthcare organizations. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Acquire new clients through multiple channels such as email campaigns, phone outreach, networking events, face-to-face meetings, and conferences.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and engaging prospective clients.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to gather feedback and uncover additional business opportunities.
- Prepare customized sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Work closely with management to convert leads into long-term business partnerships.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular updates on progress and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, preferably within healthcare or related industries.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital sales strategies, lead generation, and client engagement.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and digital sales tools, especially Apollo.io.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Availability to work primarily during Eastern and Central U.S. time zones.
- Access to a reliable computer, noise-cancelling headset, and stable internet connection.
- Ability to maintain a quiet and professional remote work environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong sense of accountability for meeting deadlines and delivering results.

This is a full-time, in-person position offering a monthly salary range of Rs100,000 to Rs150,000.
