Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture existing strategic partnerships to sustain and strengthen business relationships.
- Conduct comprehensive research on industry trends and the competitive landscape to uncover new business opportunities.
- Support revenue growth by identifying potential prospects and following up to convert leads into business.
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure smooth execution of projects and client engagements.
- Monitor partner performance and ensure timely fulfillment of all commitments.
- Identify gaps within current partnerships and recommend improvements to enhance partner value.
- Prepare insightful reports and analyses to support business and partnership decision-making.
- Coordinate internally to facilitate seamless implementation of partnership initiatives.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication channels between partners and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to long-term strategic planning focused on partnerships and overall business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Understanding of business development processes, partner coordination, and market research techniques.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to manage stakeholder interactions and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting ideas clearly and effectively.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and collaborate across teams and with external partners.
- Basic knowledge of business development, partnerships, or technology services, which can be gained through academic coursework or internships.
- Ability to conduct research, analyze data, and prepare straightforward reports or presentations.
