A Business Development Specialist at Jazz plays a vital role in accelerating the company’s growth by managing strategic partnerships and uncovering new business opportunities. This position requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure the delivery of sustained value to clients and partners. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the specialist will focus on nurturing existing relationships while actively supporting revenue generation through thorough opportunity identification and follow-up. The role is based in Islamabad and is open for applications until December 4, 2025.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture existing strategic partnerships to foster mutual growth and success. Conduct detailed research on industry trends and analyze the competitive landscape to support informed business decisions. Support revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and ensuring timely follow-ups. Work closely with the delivery team to align on ongoing projects and client engagements, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction. Monitor partner performance to verify that all commitments are fulfilled according to agreements. Identify gaps within current partnerships and recommend improvements to enhance partner value. Prepare insightful reports and analyses that guide business and partnership strategies. Coordinate internally across departments to ensure seamless implementation of partnership initiatives. Maintain clear and consistent communication between partners and internal teams. Contribute to long-term strategic planning focused on strengthening partnerships and driving overall business growth.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Strong understanding of business development, partner coordination, and market research principles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and confidently. Strong organizational skills to manage routine stakeholder interactions and ensure smooth project execution. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners. Basic knowledge of business development, partnerships, or technology services, which may be acquired through coursework or internships. Ability to conduct research, analyze data, and produce straightforward reports or presentations.
