·         Work closely with the Project Coordinator & EDOs and other key personnel to design coordinate and implement activities according to the nature of the program.

·          Trainers will arrange well equipped training in different tribes for the business grant beneficiary in the targeted area.

·          The sessions will be organized separately for male and female participants; the sessions for female will be organized in close proximity of their dwellings while the male sessions will remain flexible in terms of logistic arrangements.

·          Trainers will develop all learning aid, teaching materials, Manuals, Modules, and additional facilities as per the demand of curricula/training contents. The training materials provided during training shall remain an asset of beneficiaries; it shall not be collected back from them. The training session will also capture business planning exercise with each entrepreneur that they worked practical peculiarities of their proposed businesses along budget lines

·          Stationary shall be provided to all beneficiaries at the start of the training.

·          Each training period will be five days and timing will be from 09:00 am to 04:00 pm. The total number of training will be 50 comprised of (267 female vocational trainees) and (1285 enterprise grantees segregated among 40% female and 60% male participants).

·          Trainers will award training completion certificate to each successful trainee after successfully attended the training session.

·          Trainers ensure 100% attendance of the enrolled trainees per day.

·          Trainers will arrange and display lesson plan on daily basis according to the recognized curricula.

·          Trainers will display banner of course contents in lab/workshop

·          Trainers will submit original copies of the attendance sheet to the organization for financial procedures.

·          Provide and share with organization tracer study/evaluation of the all trained trainees.

·          The trainers will submit comprehensive training report with pictures at the end of successful training completion.

·          The trainers shall develop business plan for each participant at the end of every session.

·          The resource persons deliver the training within the time frame.

·          Each participant will carry out business in their respective trades after the training. The trainers will responsible for technical guidance and support in developing a business plan.

·          The trainers shall also prepare and develop certification for each participant as well as visibility banners for the events.

·          Developing a training report, training contents and other required documentation.

·          The assigned task will complete in stipulated time period.

PERSON SPECIFICATION: It is essential that the post holder shows a good understanding and adherence with organizational values and principles as well as a commitment to its vision, mission and core values.

Essential:

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications (Bullet Points)

·         Master degree in social sciences and other professional masters/BSC hons with relevant job experience.

·         Trainers should have in-depth and strong knowledge and conducted Business development training.

·         Proven knowledge of social & development sector particularly in the fields of capacity building and knowledge about local issues regarding business development.

·         Trainer having at least 3-6 years of proven successful experience in training particularly community level capacity development training of enterprise development.

·         Expertise in development of training manual and modules (Urdu and English).

·         Fluency in Pashto, English & Urdu.

·         Trainers must be familiar with the local language and culture.

·         Experience in manual development and reporting of activities

·         Motivation and technical skills.

·         Good interpersonal skills

Experience (Bullet Points)

·           Relevant experience of 3-6 Years in national/international organizations/private sector/government and preferably in development /humanitarian project in relevant field.
