Work with company Directors to strategically plan HR & Admin initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, we are growing company and expecting to hire 5 to 10 employees with in next 60 days and additional 40 over the next 6 to 8 months
- Conducting interviews and maintain the database of talent pool
- Recommend employee hiring best practices & appropriate tests and resources
- Development and implementation of human resources polices.
- Continually educate employees on company policies (including appropriate attire, attitude, punctuality and social media permissions, etc.) and keep employee handbook current.
- Updating and maintaining employees’ record.
- Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected.
- Manage employee appraisal process & sales commission plan (SIP)
- Participate in development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resources management.
- Coordinate customers meetings in office & manage the front office (we may hire a full-time receptionist in 6 months)
- Coordinate admin tasks of Directors
- Proficient user of MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint
- Familiar with modern digital hiring, LinkedIn & employee testing tools etc.
