Busona is a UX design agency working with clients on UI/UX projects across the globe. We are expanding our team and looking for a UI/UX designer who loves to learn, apply, and design unique & delightful user experiences. You will be working closely with the clients along with other designers to solve their user's problems, gathering requirements, building a proper UX solution, and designing interfaces.
Candidate Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience as a UI/UX designer building and shipping products.
- Demonstrable UI/UX design skills with a portfolio
- Skilled with UI/UX design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, Sketch, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of web and mobile technologies is a plus.
- A conceptual thinker with proven problem-solving skills.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Engage in client communication and requirements gathering.
- Execute from design concept to final hand-off with minimum supervision.
- Create wireframes, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how a site/mobile app functions and looks like.
- Keep up to date with the new design trends, practices, and emerging technologies.
