Paint Chemist / Technical Chemist

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Paint Chemist / Technical Chemist to join our production and R&D team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and improving paint formulations, ensuring high-quality standards, color consistency, durability, and performance across all product lines.

Formulate and develop decorative, industrial, and automotive paints, emulsions, primers, enamels, and coatings.
Conduct research on raw materials, resins, pigments, additives, and solvents to optimize product performance and cost.
Test paints for viscosity, drying time, gloss, opacity, adhesion, and weather resistance.
Maintain formulation records, batch sheets, and technical documentation.
Ensure compliance with quality control standards and environmental regulations.
Troubleshoot production or quality issues and provide technical solutions.
Collaborate with the production, quality assurance, and marketing teams for product improvement and new launches.
Stay updated with new technologies, raw materials, and market trends in the paint and coatings industry.
