As Trainer for Bykea Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare need based contents of partner induction trainings as assigned by the management.
- Prepare learning material in different formats for the assigned training.
- Prepare training schedules in consultation with management.
- Prepare presentations of the trainings on the prepared schedules.
- Evaluat the trainings and suggest improvements accordingly.
- Help other trainers to solve specific problems observed during the training.
- Stay updated with developments in training by reading relevant journals and by attending meetings and studying relevant courses.
- Research new technologies and methodologies used for training workshops.
- Provide training feed back.
- Prepare and submit timely reports of training.
- Recruit top quality motivated partners and onboard them.
- Train partners (drivers) on our technology and use of app.
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with Bykea partners.
- Ensure partners understands Bykea SOP before getting live.
- Provide support to partners and ensure smooth operations.
- Provide requried support
- Manage routine office matters.
Our ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
Bachelor degree preferably and at least 3-5 years of relevant training experience.
Fluent in both written and spoken: Urdu and English.
Highly detail-oriented: Ensure the quality deliverable of trainings and communications.
Start-up experience is a bonus: pace of change is both refreshing and terrifying. Whatever your background you will need to be ready to operate start-up style.
