We are looking for a passionate HR Manager who loves mentoring, has experience training, and can help us build out a new Talent Management Process here at Bykea! The HR Manager will be responsible for finding best talent, evaluating employee programs, recommending improvements to employee relations policies and making sure that all employee-related policies in each department align with our corporate goals and established regulations.
Required Skills
Degreed in Business or Human Resources
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting and/or recruiting management and/or Sr. Business leadership
Experience in high tech growth environment directly managing complex employee relations issues or advising corporate clients around employment practice.
Demonstrated success in data driven organization
Inquisitive
Success building, mentoring and managing large recruitment teams
Slightly obsessive in all the right ways
Strong communication skills
