Requirements:
- PC/Laptop troubleshooting
- Trouble shooting network issues
- MS Office installation and configuration including outlook i.e. email configuration.
- Interoffice connecting between 2 different locations.
- Windows Installation.
- Printer installation and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English & ability to troubleshoot desktop & network connectivity.
- Knowledge and able to work on Firewall
- Hands-on experience on Backup and recovery.
- Disaster Recovery Planning and Supervision of Periodic Backups
