Job Title: Software Localization Tester
Location: Bangladesh
Employment: Contractor, working from home, must be native Bangladeshi
Job Position Description:
• Work on technical and functional test strategy and methodology setup
• Perform various duties related to software quality assurance, function testing, performance testing
• Find and track the issues that will cause bad user experiences
• Collaborate with ByteDance global RD and operations team to verify bug fix and recreate issues from user feedback
Required Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills / Knowledge)
• 1-3 year working experience in the software manual testing and have good knowledge of QA methodology and tools
• Ability to understand and execute test cases
• English communication for reading and writing and strong analytical problem solving skill
• Has a profound understanding of the local culture
Desired Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)
• Experience on Python, Shell
• Experience in test tools/framework such as Charles, uiautomator and Appium.
• Willing to learn new technology and open mind for sharing is a plus
• Bachelor in computer science, Master Degree considered as a plus
• Possessing compliance awareness, familiar with such as GDPR or other data privacy regulations.
