Job Description


We are looking for Sr. Sales Executive & Business Development Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To identify new sales opportunities and present benefits and keyproduct features to acquire new business.
  • Responsible for dealing the International Clients.
  • The Candidate will be responsible for generating the leads.
  • Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches.
  • On a daily basis, track prospects - identify decision makers, timelines, hot-buttons, and specific qualifications and enter data accurately and consistently into the company's CRM.
  • Cold calling prospective clients, arranging face to face meetings and presenting our services and products.
  • Close the deals and upsell the services.
  • Adhere to the company’s sales strategy to ensure that all targets are met.
  • Ensure that you meet objections and undertake research so that you are fully aware of how companies can benefit from the business offering.
  • Achieve marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
  • Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Carrying out ad hoc duties as required.

Key requirements:

  • Minimum 3 Years of experience
  • Preferably Masters, bachelors are encourage to apply.
  • Must be from IT Industry (preferably having experience in dealing digital marketing services)
  • Demonstrable evidence of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Develop and articulate solutions
  • Critical thinking related to estimating a prospect's interest level in the company's solution
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Excellent communication, written, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English is must.
  • Ability to manage team effectively
