Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technology decisions, working with our CTO, business executives
- Work on backend services, web frontends, and API integrations to SAAS software.
- Contribute to planning, review and continuous improvement activities
- Build and maintain scalable and reliable web applications that can handle millions of users
- Ship working software early and often
- Find solutions to technical challenges
- Share your knowledge with other team members while maintaining an open mind and willingness to learn
- Work with web agencies, expert contractors and SAAS software to build, support and maintain a solid, efficient platform for growth of our ecommerce and travel businesses.
- Solve problems
Additional Responsibilities
- Develop cloud-based apps and API services
- Develop in-house & 3rd party integrations
- Constantly evolve our stack to be at industry standard
- Develop performance and monitoring of key KPI’s
- Analyse business and technical requirements
- Manage workloads and co-ordinate other technical project team members external to the business
Qualifications
- Must have software development background
- Experience delivering apps in wide range of technologies – java, .net, PHP, Laravel, html, JavaScript etc.,
- Experience in leading teams and successfully delivered projects on time
- Strong communications skills – written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills, work in challenging environment
- Professional degree or certifications in relevant domain is preferable
