- To Plan/ Schedule/ Preventive maintenance implementation and expansion.
- To prepare breakdown analysis, monitoring the operations of plant equipment and systems.
- To solve technical related problems in a timely manner and identifying opportunities for its improvement.
- To ensure implementation of SOPs.
- To be responsible for the safe maintenance, repairs or replacement of machines and systems to ensure maximum production quantity and quality.
- To communicate with the operations/ production department to coordinate maintenance and repair works.
- To prepare breakdown/ work order reports, machine history reports, logbooks, diesel and LPG Consumption reports & KPI based reports.
- To develop SOPs for generators maintenance.
- To do any other job assigned by management.
