Responsible for design & development, production planning, and other operations of designated production sections

Oversee all production operations according to quality and quantity specifications under the direction of General Manager Production and Quality
Assist General Manager Production and Quality in monitoring Process Control, Quality Control, Cost control, Hygiene control, Labor control and waste management
Assist General Manager Production and Quality in monitoring and implementation of company policies
Supervise/monitor APM/supervisory staff in all production operations
Oversee and manage ERP-database and running with respect to production and manages all relevant reports
Oversee and manage all issuance of materials from store, transferring of finished products to dispatch and semi-finished products to store and relevant reporting
Monitor Production data keeping
Oversee hygiene and sanitation of production facility and of staff
Provide floor trainings to overall production staff as required
Assist General Manager Production and Quality in Research and development activities, conducting trials, launching of new products and upgrading of existing products
Any other duties assigned by General Manager Production and MD/CEO
