1. To maintain, manage and administer Information systems and Technology (IT) operations of the company;
2. To ensure that IT operations are up and running except only planned downtime;
3. To act as Project Manager from company side during the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX, ensuring that internal clients i.e. HoDs and their teams fully understand and gets hands-on training before being handed over concerned module of AX;
4. To ensure seamless operations of Microsoft Dynamics AX while providing necessary reports to management as per their requirement;
5. To formulate SOPs in connection with IT administration and operations of the company;
6. To ensure efficient and effective network administration of data center, cloud and head office;
7. To discharge efficiently and effectively all IT functions and web development/management;
8. To prepare and present periodical reports regarding IT administration of the company and present as and when required;
9. To provide end-to-end support for ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX);
10. To do any other IT related task assigned by the Managing Director/CEO;
