1. To receive customers telephone calls; note down their addresses and order details (in Excel Sheet)
2. To communicate customers addresses and order details to relevant bakery outlet;
3. To get back to customer to confirm whether his/her order has been deleivered or not
4. To prepare monthly report on customer orders and deliveries and present same to Customer Relation Officer;
To do any other job assigned by seniors.
