To make cash/off the shelf purchases under the general guidance of AM Procurement
To purchase raw material for kitchen and raw material store on daily basis from whole sale market under the guidance of AM Procurement
To purchase quality materials on best competitive prices under the guidance of AM Procurement
To ensure quality of material supplied to the satisfaction of internal customer
To identify new suppliers of goods and services to maintain a healthy competition
To minimize rejections of materials supplied
To ensure timely supply of materials in efficient and effective manner
To post the data of daily demand and purchases in ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX) or in Excel
To perform any other duty assigned by AM Procurement/MD.
