- To prepare and implement duty roasters of all staff of Finished Goods, Dispatch and Billing section.
- To coordinate with Production department of the demands received from the shops/franchises.
- To strictly control the finished goods inventory and the supply timing.
- To design route plants of vehicles with the aim to maximize sales with minimum expenses.
- To coordinate with shops about sullies and demand including demand of dead slow time.
- To ensure that vehicles are ready for supply and in case of some issue, discuss the same with fleet supervisor for resolution.
- To redesign vehicle route plan in order to make necessary adjustments in case of shortage of vehicles.
- To manage special orders delivery as per customer’s demand.
