Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

We are looking for a Sales Representative who will work on pharmaceutical sales, they will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve customer queries. Our aim is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

Identify selling possibilities while evaluating customer's needs.
Build long term relationships with clients.
Achieve monthly sales target.
Collect Customer feedback.
Minimum 02 years of Experience preferably in pharmaceutical sales.
Good Interpersonal Skills
Maintaining records of transactions and interactions.
Following up with prospects to make them our customers.
Escalate unresolved queries to respective departments.
Attend all required training sessions and keep up to date on all products and services knowledge.

Requirements

Extrovert candidate with good analytical skills.
Good grip on MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Team player with multi-tasking abilities.
Ability to identify opportunities and solutions for process improvement.

Must have knowledge of community health and pharmaceuticals
Must be knowledgeable of current practices of community programs, hospital setting, administration, terminologies of pharmaceutical industry and management.
This job will require local traveling.
