Technical Support Representatives are the first point of contact for customers to receive technical assistance.

 General duties include:

  • Troubleshooting software and hardware support calls
  • Maintaining appropriate records of customer calls and problems in our database
  • Performing special project work as assigned by the manager
  • Achieve established standards for call/chat/email handling quality and productivity
  • Troubleshooting and Installation of Peripheral devices
  • Resolving problems both directly from customer and through technical escalation.  
  • Implementing fixes and solution where appropriate either via discussing directly with clients, via email or via remote desktop.
  • Responsibility for documenting the configuration of the system.
  • Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems.
  • Market Competitive salary will be offered

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Computer Science or Information Technology Bachelors
  • Experience with Windows operating systems
  • Prior experience troubleshooting technical problems recommended
  • Prior experience dealing with offshore customer recommended
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft products
  • Basic understanding of Internet related software
  • Networking Skills recommended
  • Excellent Organizational skills
  • Strong Communication Skills - oral and written
  • Excellent Customer Service and Phone Skills
  • Excellent Problem Solving / Troubleshooting Skills
  • Ability to interact with customer’s daily
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to change and the changing needs of the company
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
