Call Center Executive (Freshers) – U.S. Telesales Campaigns

Core Edge Solutions is seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates to join its expanding U.S. telesales team as Call Center Executives. This full-time, on-site position is located in DHA Phase 6, Lahore, and offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong English communication skills to launch a rewarding career in sales. The role focuses on U.S. Truck Dispatch telesales campaigns, where candidates will engage with prospects, pitch services, and generate leads. No prior call center experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided to prepare candidates for success. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, with weekends off.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to U.S.-based prospects to effectively present company services.
- Build rapport with potential clients, address basic objections, and qualify leads for follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records by updating CRM systems, call logs, and follow-up notes.
- Consistently achieve or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English and strong listening skills to communicate clearly with U.S. clients.
- Confidence, energy, and the ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
- Fresh graduates and candidates without prior call center experience are encouraged to apply.
