Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Call Center Manager or Team Lead, preferably within digital marketing or SEO campaign environments.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth understanding of call center metrics, CRM systems, and performance evaluation methods.
- Ability to effectively manage and inspire a team working night shifts.
