- Overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting and cash flow management
- Establishing and developing relations with external partners, bank personnel, auditors, consultants, statutory bodies, vendors and other stakeholders
- Establish controls & S.O.Ps to confirm the veracity of each expense & its subsequent payment.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company’s policies
- Oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
- Liaise with external auditor, consultants & banks.
- Prepare & maintain fixed asset register in reconciliation with accounting records of the company
- Analyze monthly accounts for comparison with performance achieved along with inquiring reasoning of variances & project the future trends.
- Establish/Restructure Chart of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts.
