Job Description

CabCall Experts seeks a reliable Data Entry staff to make cab bookings for our passengers into database from paper manifests. The successful candidate will have quick typing skills, an analytical mind, exceptional attention to detail and a passion for precision. You will report to a data manager or another senior data team member. Understanding of data confidentiality principles is compulsory. With office in Gulzar e Quaid Rawalpindi, we have the growth potential to offer potential promotions to the right candidate.                                                                                                                                                                                                           

Following would be the core responsibilities of data entry staff:                                                                                                                                                                                              

- Transfer rides from paper manifests into computer files or database systems using keyboards.

- Type in ride details provided directly from passengers on call.                                                                                           

- Create spreadsheets with large number of passenger names and addresses without mistakes.                 

- Verify data by comparing it to soft form manifests.                                 

- Retrieve passenger data from the database or electronic files as requested.                                        

- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation                             

- Sort and organize paper manifests after entering rides into system to ensure it is not lost.                                                                                                                                                                                           

Requirements  

- Alevels / Bachelors from a recognised Institute / University.                     

- Fast typing skills with average of 38 - 40 words per minute.                     

- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc. 

- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices.     

- Basic understanding of databases.                                                           

- Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills.

- Great attention to detail                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     

Proven experience as data entry staff would be a plus point. You would be given priority if you live near Gulzar e Quaid.
