Job Description

Call Experts is hiring experienced inBound Customer Service Agents for its office based in Rawalpindi. We need agents with flawless English speaking & writing skills for inbound customer service work. This includes answering inbound calls, taking orders, responding to emails and live chat inquiries as needed. Neutral or British accent is needed. Only Experienced agents may apply. NO SALES, NO COMMISSIONS. This position offers base salary.

This position is a PERMANENT role of around 40 hours per week with scope for more when cover required.

We are looking for someone to join our team that is able to commit to a minimum of 5 shifts per week. We are a 24/7 business and run 365 days per year.                                                                             

  • The job requires you to answer a telephone calls and book taxis for customers based in the UK.
  • As an operator, you should be excellent at conversing with UK clients and understanding British accent.
  • We are looking for professionals who are excellent at Customer Services, courteous and polite and also have previous experience of handling UK customers.
  • Vacancies are available for all three shifts

MORNING SHIFT:06AM TO 02PM               

EVENING SHIFT: 02PM TO 10PM               

NIGHT SHIFT: 10PM TO 06:AM

  • Candidate should be flexible to work in rotating shift
  • you will be given priority if you have been to the UK or have done this job before.  

Mandatory Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in the English Language
  • Friendly, courteous and soft-spoken
  • Telephone etiquette's
  • Working in rotational shifts
  • Common sense, responsible and can take ownership with decision making skills
  • good typing skills
