  • People who have previously lived in the UK will be preferred.
  • People with previous experience of a Taxi Cab Campaign will be preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills preferably with a foreign accent (British).
  • Experience in Call Centre Industry will be preferred.
  • Excellent skills in Customer Management.
  • Complaint Management & Escalation Process.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Good team player.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Achieve established standards for call handling quality.
  • Goal-oriented, determined and high-achiever.
  • Shift timings are rotating and you are expected to work on a ROTA.
