- Branch Supervisor is responsible for shipment arrival, ensuring that its count and condition is safe, and timely de-manifested and sorted on routes under his assigned territory.
- Ensuring timely and optimum forwarding of parcels. (Forwarding station).
- Ensuring that the rider’s strength is adequate and the sorted parcels are on the route daily.
- Ensuring route sheets are made and closed daily under his assigned territory
- Ensuring logistics for pickup from clients. (forwarding station)
- Coordinating operations for timely reverse pickup, replacement parcels, and return parcels under his assigned territory and updating their status to Head Office.
- Ensuring that thorough debriefing of couriers and assigning the correct status to parcels under their assigned territory
- Responsible for timely COD collection from couriers and COD cash deposit in the company bank account of his assigned territory
- Responsible for updation in Go-Green (Company operational software) after COD submission by all couriers under his assigned area of responsibility.
- Managing the operating expenses of the branches.
- Delegating responsibility to the operation assistant for managing undelivered, returned, and reattempt parcels, quickly and promptly as per instructions from Head Office.
