All our solutions are delivered on a SAAS basis hosted within our own virtualized server infrastructure from datacentres in the UK and overseas, providing robust and scalable service offerings. We continue to grow in delivering new solutions to both our existing, and new customers, creating and delivering innovative, scalable, and robust software solutions to our growing customer base. 

As we look to step up to the next level of growth, we are now setting up a Lahore development office, and are looking for an experienced office administrator to support the General Manager and staff based in the Lahore office. This is an opportunity to get in at the start of a fantastically exciting new step in Calrom’s growth, as we look to deliver and support our solutions to more customers over the coming years.

You will report to the General Manager in the Lahore office, working closely with the administration, accounts, and human resources team based in the UK to administer the day to day issues relating to all aspects of the Lahore office. We would expect this role to include the following responsibilities:-

General Administration:-

  • Weekly timesheets tracking & reporting
  • Ordering 
  • Stationery & office supplies
  • Petty cash

HR Administration

  • Personnel file management
  • Ensuring staff compliance with policies & procedures
  • Absence management – logging holiday/sickness
  • Associated records & paperwork
  • Maintaining office rules and standards
  • General induction of new starters

Recruitment Administration:

  • Tracking progress through the recruitment process
  • Arranging interviews, and other communications with candidates
  • Liaising with the UK HR team in issuing offers/ contracts

Suitable candidates will have 2 to 5 years’ experience, good organisation skills and we would expect knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
