Duties & Responsibilities

  •  Source, screen and provide a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles
  •  Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
  •  List job postings on job boards, social media, corporate career web sites, and other possible channels.

Requirements

  •  Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
  •  Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and LinkedIn search)
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  •  Should have sufficient technical knowledge to be able to talk to job prospects and understand various IT/technical qualifications
  •  Bachelor Degree
