Job Description

CandyCab Technologies is a technology company which is providing state of the art software solution for transport service. CandyCab requires a customer support executive for it’s major product, located in it’s main office in Bahria Town, Lahore. As a CSE, you are expected to;

  1. Ideal candidate shall have 2 years of customer support exeprience and have a min. Bachelor's degree
  2. Understand the software and it’s key features for getting meaningful results from the product
  3. Be focal point of contact for the customers, address their queries and resolve issues
  4. Communicate with company's vendors for meeting best interest of company
  5. Although, this job is based in office but you may be required to go for short business travels for understanding product deliverables
