Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all farm activities related to buffalo breeding, feeding, and health management.
Plan and monitor crop cultivation cycles, including soil preparation, irrigation, pest control, and harvesting.
Oversee fruit farming operations, ensuring proper care, pruning, fertilization, and yield optimization.
Lead, train, and supervise farm laborers, ensuring work efficiency and discipline.
Maintain farm equipment, supplies, and ensure timely repairs or replacements.
Prepare and manage farm budgets, inventory, and production reports.
Coordinate with veterinarians, suppliers, and agricultural consultants for best practices.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on experience in buffalo farming, crop management, and fruit cultivation.
Strong ability to manage and motivate labor teams.
Knowledge of modern farming techniques, animal health, and crop disease management.
Good record-keeping and farm management reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple farm operations.
Education: Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field (preferred).
