This is a position with high responsibiltiy which requires dealing with all day-to-day matters, overseeing all the departments, managing employees, accounts, and IT departments among others. Additionally, you will be required to perform the following duties:
Responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling all resource departments and services of the center, including personnel, financial, facilities, equipment and supplies. Administers the center's total budget and actively participates in planning with the Management.
Responsible for developing and directing the implementation of policies and programs in all the departments and services of the Hospital.
Development and implementation of Hospital's programs, policies and procedures.
Promotes and maintains effective public relations with the community agencies and individuals.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Due to highly specialised nature of the job, only the people who have prior administration experience and handled HR, IT, accounts depaerrtments will be considerd.
