- Capital Mall & Residency (CIS), Pakistan`s pioneer ISP, invites applications from qualified and experienced candidates, for appointment on contract basis, against the post of Receptionist for Islamabad Office:
- All the interested candidates are required to place a clear/visible picture on the CV.
- The candidates CV’s without picture will not be shortlisted.
- Data Entry Operator/Receptionist is responsible:
- To ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
- To provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- To greet customers, clients, and other visitors.
- To respond professionally to visitors and callers.
- To answer and address incoming phone calls in a timely & polite manner and record messages.
- To provide required information in a professional manner when answering the phone, taking messages and also redirect calls to concerned officer/department/node if needed.
- To Answer phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- To make calls to the guests/customers/officials on different occasions as and when required.
- To respond to inquiries and generally represent the company.
- To check visitors in and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
- To inform other employees of visitors’ arrivals.
- To sort and distribute incoming mail/post and record related information on a register.
- To keep reception area clean and neat.To maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance.
- To ensure back up when absent from reception desk.
- To have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
- For any other task assigned by the Section In-charge/Officer In-charge.
