Social Media Coordinator (REMOTE)
- The sole responsibility of this role is to input data into different operation management software.
- It is an entry-level position that will serve as a point of contact, gives details about our products respond to inquiries, and effectively and accurately solve any difficulties that arise regarding our client accounts.
- Manage data and communicate the same downline to the team
- To achieve customer satisfaction, determine their requirements and evaluate them.
- Create sustainable relationships with customers
- Responding to customers via varied communication tools and managing social media platforms.
- Can communicate effectively with US-based clients in that time zone (8 -4 pm CST)
- Maintain a track record of customer queries generated on different platforms
- Should be fluent in english speaking and writing skill
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output.
- Observe communication protocols, rules, and policies set by the company
