- Generate and Qualify leads
- Source and Develop client referrals
- Prepare sales action plans and strategies in consultation with Team Leader
- Develop and maintain a customer database
- Make sales calls to new and existing clients
- Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
- Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements
- Follow up on sales activity
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
- Challenging any objections with a few to getting to the customer buy
- Develop sales contracts in consultation with the Team Leader
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
- Maintain up to date information on all customer interactions in the CRM Database
- Reviewing own Sales Performance
- Attending Daily Team meetings and sharing best practices with Team Mates
Minimum 3 years work experience Courier & Logistics in import and export business.
Preference will be given to those candidates have a logistics background.
