- Supporting the General Manager in managing Karachi and Islamabad branches' operation functions and coordination .
- Improving staff cross-training and development
- Helping reduce fixed costs and increasing gross margin, working on solutions to establish new cost-efficient routes, negotiating with vendors, etc… controlling facility / utility costs.
- Ensuring all shipments for the allocated route are sorted, delivered

Job Requirements:
- 5 years of working experience as an Operations Manager
- Record of successful distribution and logistics management
- Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
