We are seeking a motivated Business Process Outsourcer (BPO) to join our team and assist our senior management.The ideal BPO will have no other commitments and can dedicate their 100% to the position.We are looking for someone who can work with us long-term and will want to grow professionally with us. This position will require a high level of flexibility and attention to detail. The BPO will generate reports for different teams, complete requested research, answer phone calls, and schedule meetings and appointments.
Eligibility:

Able to commit to working with the team full-time and long-term

Able to work on potentially short notice and must be on call
-
Must be available from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Responsibilities:

Assist 5 managers and one team
-
Generate a number of reports for different teams
-
Answer phone calls and conduct intake calls
-
Assists with back-end tasks and duties as required by different teams

Conduct data-driven research
-
Manage Cardinal Education’s social media presence
Knowledge and Skills:
