Job Summary: 

The primary objective of this position is to recruit candidates for Companies within Pakistan.

Principal Duties:

  • Head Hunting relevant profiles
  • Identifying, Attracting & placing the right candidate for the right job
  • CV review and shortlisting candidates
  • Scheduling & Conducting Interviews with the Shortlisted candidates as provided and update manager on daily basis.
  • Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of Social Media and websites like Rozee, Indeed, LinkedIn etc.
  • Maintaining good relations with clients & candidates.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • 3 - 6 months of internship experience in HR.
  • Must have great communication skills in English
  • Must be very presentable, confident and must be able to take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Our rigorous program will run for 2 months and with successful completion we offer permanent job opportunity

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BBA/MBA from a reputable institution
