Job Purpose
To ensure product availability and visibility of each SKU as per potential at all existing and potential retail outlets.
Main Accountabilities
Key Result Areas:
- To achieve budgeted sales revenue by formulating sales plans align with marketing plans
- To achieve agreed sales targets and extend guidance to all territory sales staff
- To maintain minimum stock level of all products with distributors
- To monitor distributor activities and provide sales data to Managers
- To ensure product delivery on time to customer
- To coach sales force and motivate them to meet and exceed targets
- To ensure product availability and visibility at all assigned shops
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelors/Masters
Minimum Experience
- Fresh graduate/ Minimum 1-years post-qualification experience in relevant field.
