A reputable institution is seeking a dedicated career counselor to join their team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in guiding students through career exploration, helping them understand evolving job market trends, and providing practical support for job-seeking activities. This position requires working closely with IGCSE, A-Level, or college students, offering personalized counseling and organizing events that foster student development. Key Responsibilities
- Guide students in identifying new career opportunities and understanding current employment trends.
- Provide coaching on job search techniques, including resume writing and interview preparation.
- Develop and implement strategic career plans tailored to individual student goals.
- Conduct counseling sessions for students and staff to address career-related concerns.
- Organize and manage educational and recreational trips to enhance student exposure.
- Coordinate events such as college fairs and Model United Nations (MUN) conferences to broaden student engagement.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
- At least five years of experience working with IGCSE, A-Level, or college students.
- Demonstrated empathy and ability to support students through complex decision-making processes.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Proficiency in computer applications relevant to counseling and event management.

Terms and Conditions
Applicants must submit scanned copies of all academic and professional certificates. The highest degree must be attested or verified by HEC. Candidates with a third division in their academic record or an overall weak academic profile may be disqualified. Current employees of the institution with less than one year of service or without a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their Head of Institution will not be eligible. Those still pursuing the required degree or medically unfit are also excluded. Government employees and armed forces personnel must provide an NOC from their respective departments prior to applying. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for assessments or interviews. No travel or daily allowances will be provided. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
