9. Develop Sales and Marketing reporting mechanism (Related to Customers / Agents / Partners / Buyers) and ensure that monthly reports and analysis are submitted to Management and respective stakeholders.
10. Develop Sales and Marketing Team Capability and drive team to achieve high performance. Ensure that successors to key positions are developed to ensure business continuity.
