We are looking for bilingual friendly and willing to learn individual. The post-holder will have a pivotal role within a small company to deliver excellent administrative support to Students. They will provide frontline support to students applying to join university-level courses. A customer focus is essential since the post holder will be expected to answer complex queries from Students. The student support role is responsible for international and domestic student recruitment activity with an emphasis on lead conversion through consultative sales calls to student who have applied or made an enquiry.
Person Specification
Essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills including a good telephone manner
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, punctual and highly organised
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills
- Good knowledge of word processing, excel and email.
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- At least one year’s administrative experience
- Ability to gain basic program knowledge
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to go that extra mile
