Careerify is a growing reverse recruiting service that helps job seekers land roles faster. We are expanding our affiliate program and looking for self-driven marketers across Pakistan to partner with us on a commission basis.
This is not a salaried position. You will earn commission on every customer you bring in. Top performers can earn Rs 100,000+/month after ramp.

What you'll do:
- Run email and/or LinkedIn campaigns using our provided systems
- Drive sign-ups to our free trial
- Earn commission on every paying customer attributed to your link
You're a fit if you:
- Have experience in cold email, LinkedIn outreach, sales, or affiliate marketing
- Are self-motivated and can work independently
- Can commit consistent hours each week
- Are comfortable with commission-only compensation
Compensation: 100% commission. No base salary. Uncapped earnings.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize affiliate network relationships to maximize campaign performance and revenue.
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies that target lead generation and conversion improvements.
- Utilize digital analytics to track, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness and affiliate ROI.
- Implement conversion tracking mechanisms to ensure accurate attribution of affiliate-driven sales and leads.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with affiliate partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
- Leverage marketing automation platforms to streamline campaign management and communications.
- Ensure strict compliance with industry standards and implement fraud prevention measures to protect company interests.
- Conduct outreach efforts, including cold emailing and LinkedIn networking, to expand the affiliate partner base.
- Maintain self-motivated, disciplined work habits suitable for remote work with minimal supervision.
- Manage administrative tasks related to affiliate payments and document tracking, coordinating payouts via Wise.
