We partner with Care agencies to provide an outsourced solution for the hire and management of temporary Care Workers. 

About the Customer Service Advisor  

This UK based business is looking to build out its Customer Service team in Pakistan. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be part of a busy and ambitious team playing your part in putting all our Care Homes and Agency partners first in everything we do.

This will involve taking calls from Care Homes and Agency Partners to manage any issues and follow up with a solution promptly, identifying Care Homes/Agency needs of an immediate response, and directing Care Homes and Agency partners to assist any issues they maybe having.

 What the role requires:

·       Provide support to the Admin Team to ensure all Calls are answered during the times you are On Call and any issues with Care Homes/Agency partners are resolved.  

·       Take ownership of and manage the customer service processes, ensuring that any issues are documented and handed over to the team after each shift.

·       Update the CRM for each call that comes in and if a solution has not been provided to ensure contact with the relevant members of the team is made to find a solution for our customers.

·       Leverage the information available on Hubspot being our core CRM.

·       Ensure that Hubspot is accurate and up to date.

·       Provide an end of Day Report for all calls and issues that have been handled and follow up the following day from a previous issue to ensure it has been handled and managed.

·       Act as the point of contact for our customers to ensure they are able to provide feedback on issues and any areas our service can be improved.

·       Be a key point of contact.

  • Maintain and develop your own Customer Service handbook with questions and answers to issues that customers face and how we can better assist in supporting any issues that may arise.
  • Work with the Operations Team to develop better processes and review issues on a daily basis and monitor against how the Customer Service team are handling calls.
