Job Description
- Understanding the scope of the project.
- Responsible for overall Project Management and Coordination.
- Assigning Sub-projects to different members.
- Coordinating with team members and ensuring the tasks are followed efficiently.
- Ensure that a project is completed on time and within budget.
- Overseeing the project to ensure the desired result is achieved, the most efficient resources are used and the different interests involved are satisfied.
- Ensuring QA/QC relating works when operations start.
- Coordinating customer meetings and demo/presentations.
- Internal meetings/discussion on both existing clients and new projects.
- Coordinating with internal teams and clients on projects, escalate tasks where required.
- Keeping track of the progress of all ongoing project.
The Candidate should possess:
- The MUST have ability of Multi-Tasking handling Projects in MVC-5 and Laravel platforms.
- The key skills we are seeking is good / strong ENGLISH communication skills, disciplined work ethics, and commitment to project results.
- Proficient in MS Office. Ms Project, Jira
- Agile / Waterfall Hybrid Technology. Sprints, Backlogs, User Stories, Use Cases.
- Knowledge of UML Diagrams.
- Knowledge of Project Management concepts and tools.
- Ability to define the scope of technical projects.
- Ability to design an effective project plan.
- Ability to determine appropriate timelines for milestone and task achievement.
- Self-motivated and fast learner.
- Team player and able to work well under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of similar experience in IT industry.
- This is a flexible role, mid to advanced level IT skilled resources may apply. The salary will be commensurate with your experience and skills.
- We will prefer candidates who can start immediately.
- Must be willing to work night shift / 3rd Shift.

- Caretek is open to full time, part time, candidates who are willing to work in 3rd Shift.

Office timing 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM
