Caretrix Billing is seeking a motivated and compassionate Fresh Candidate with an MBBS degree to join our healthcare team. This position requires providing high-quality patient care, performing thorough clinical assessments, and maintaining accurate medical record documentation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, adhere to medical ethics, and effectively utilize Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems to support clinical operations. This role demands the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment while being available to work night shifts to ensure continuous patient care.
In this role, the candidate will lead and manage a dedicated team of 10 persons, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. The successful candidate will also ensure compliance with organizational policies and healthcare standards while promoting professional development within the team. Candidates must have their own transportation and be fluent in English, both spoken and written, to effectively interact with patients and team members in this dynamic healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care including clinical assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Document patient histories, examination findings, and treatment details accurately in medical records and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Ensure strict adherence to medical ethics, confidentiality, and healthcare standards.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to facilitate seamless care delivery.
- Manage and lead a team of 10 healthcare personnel to optimize patient outcomes and workflow efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments and healthcare providers to ensure integrated patient care.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare regulations, best practices, and clinical protocols.
- Conduct training and development sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Monitor patient progress and revise treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing clinical assessments.
- Handle night shifts proficiently, ensuring uninterrupted patient service and emergency responsiveness.
- Utilize electronic health record systems effectively for documentation, scheduling, and patient data management.
- Maintain own transportation to ensure punctuality and accessibility for work shifts.
